The from Pro Signal is an electret condenser microphone with PCB pins. It uses a foil type electret with aluminium material to detect minor sounds or air vibrations which in turn are converted to electrical signals for further use. These microphones are used in PDAs, recording devices, computers, telephones, hearing aids and security entry panels.
