The is a H-bridge Driver for use with CD/DVD players. It can operate at a power supply voltage range of 6 to 15V, with output currents of up to 2A. MOS transistors in the output stage allow PWM speed control. The integrated VREF voltage control function allows direct replacement of discontinued motor driver ICs. These highly efficient H-bridge driver ICs facilitate low-power consumption design. The standard products also contain a VREF variable function that contributes to lower power consumption and greater efficiency. In addition, multiple built-in protection circuits thermal shutdown, overcurrent, over-voltage protect the IC and load from damage while ensuring a high degree of reliability.
