The is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This normally closed analogue switch will not latch up if power supplies are disconnected and input signals are still connected. The DG201A has a maximum turn-off time of 450ns and maximum turn-on time of 600ns. The device consumes significantly low power by making it better suited for many applications. It is used in winchester disk drives, test equipment, PBX systems, PABX systems, heads-up displays, military radios, guidance and control systems.
