The is a silicon high performance Schottky Diode with soldering pins for PCB mounting and plastic over moulded tab base plate. It feature features extremely low switching loss, high reliability circuit operation and soft recovery single diode. It is used as rectifiers in switch mode power supplies SMPS and freewheeling diode in low voltage converter.
