The is an evaluation board for ADF4150HV device. The Eval-ADF4150HVEB1Z is a fully populated 4 layers evaluation board which allows evaluation of the ADF4150HV. It Operates at 3.0GHz, fractional-N or integer-N frequency synthesiser with an integrated high voltage charge pump. The board contains 25MHz TCXO working as reference signal and a VCO covering octave frequency range from 1GHz to 2GHz. VCO output and RF outputs are connected to edge mounted SMA connectors, which allows easy connection to a spectrum analyser. For normal operation it requires two external supplies 30V / 40mA for VCO and 5V / 180mA for the rest of the board. The software controls the operation of the ADF4150HV evaluation board from a PC over a USB port. The software has to be installed before connecting the board to the PC.
