The is a fixed output, micropower ultra low dropout LDO regulator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This regulator is designed specifically to meet the requirements of battery powered applications. Using an optimized VIP Vertically Integrated PNP process, the LP2980AIM5-3.3 delivers unequalled performance in all specifications critical to battery powered designs. This regulator requires 1µF external capacitor on regulator output and it has fast dynamic response to line and load.
