The is a single channel, fixed output low dropout LDO regulator with shutdown function in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This low noise regulator offers exceptional, cost effective performance for both portable and non portable applications. It has high peak current capability and it is stable with low ESR capacitors such as ceramic capacitors. The LP2985A-18 regulator has overcurrent, overtemperature and thermal protection.
