Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.08@150mA V. This voltage regulation device&s;s single output can produce a current up to 0.15 A. It only needs a voltage of at least 2.5 V while not exceeding 5.5 V to effectively power your circuit. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 2.65 V, this is power management at its best.
