**OSRAM LD260-269 Series IR Emitter Arrays**
The LD 26x series, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are Infrared IR emitting arrays. They consist of between 2 and 10 Miniature package emitters per array, the "x" represents the number of emitters 0 represents 10 emitters.
