The is a 3.3V fixed output ultra-low-dropout LDO Linear Regulator with a wide input voltage supply. Using an optimized vertically integrated PNP VIP process, the device delivers superior performance, the dropout voltage is typically 180mV at 200mA load and 1mV at 1mA load. The built-in ERROR\ flag goes low when the output drops approximately 5% below nominal.
