The is a low voltage, single supply, SPST CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SC-70 package. This analogue switch operates from single 2V to 5.5V supply. The MAX4594 is normally open NO switch. It has 10ohm maximum on-resistance RON with 1.5ohm maximum RON flatness over the analogue signal range at TA = +25°C when powered from 5V supply. The switch offers low 0.5nA leakage currents and fast switching times less than 40ns. It is used in battery operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, PCMCIA cards and DSL modems.
