The is a low voltage, single supply quad SPST analogue switch in 14 pin TSSOP package. This device has fast switching speeds, handle rail to rail analogue signals and consume less than 1µW of quiescent power. The digital input is 1.8V CMOS compatible when using a single +3V supply. It is used in power routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, PCMCIA cards, modems and hard drives.
