The is an ultra-low power precision shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This two terminal shunt band gap voltage reference is ideal for space critical and low power applications. The on-chip thin film resistors are laser trimmed to provide initial accuracy of 0.5% and low temperature coefficients of ±75ppm/°C. This device can be used as low power and high precision upgrade to ICL8069, LM385, LT1004 and LM4040 references. It is used in battery powered equipment, precision regulators, meters, A/D and D/A converters.
