The is a low voltage SPDT, CMOS analogue switch in 6 pin SC-70 package. This device has low leakage current over extended temperature range, TTL/CMOS compatible digital logic and excellent AC characteristics. Typically consume only 1nA of supply current making device ideal for use in low power applications such as relay replacement, sample and hold circuits and low voltage data acquisition systems.
