The is a 50 ohm, dual SPST analogue switch in 8 pin µMAX package. This analogue switch operates from a single supply and handles rail to rail analogue signals. When powered from a +3V supply, switch features 50 ohm max on-resistance RON with 3.5ohm max matching between channels and 9ohm max flatness over the specified signal range. It exhibit low leakage current 0.1nA and consume less than 0.5nW typ of quiescent power making it ideal for battery powered applications. It is also used in low voltage data acquisition systems, cell phones, communications circuits, audio/video signal routing and PDAs.
