The is a 256-tap, non-volatile digital potentiometer in 8 pin TDFN package. This device feature an internal non-volatile EEPROM to store the wiper position for initialization during power-up. The 3-wire SPI-compatible serial interface allows communication at data rates up to 5MHz, it minimizes board space and reduce interconnection complexity in many applications. Typical applications are low-temperature-coefficient variable resistor, low-drift programmable gain amplifier circuit configurations.
