The is a 10bit, 4-channel, serial analogue to digital converter ADC with FIFO and internal reference in 16 pin QSOP package. This device has on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown. The maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock contain 10MHz SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial port. The MAX11618 communicates between internal registers and external circuitry through SPI /QSPI compatible serial interface. It is used in system supervision, data acquisition systems and data logging.
