The is a 2-pin PTC Thermistor with positive temperature coefficient and are primarily intended for overload protection. This PTCCL series thermistor features wide range of trip and non-trip currents from 11mA up to 800mA. They consist of a metallised ceramic disk with two tinned brass or copper clad steel leads reflow soldered to it and coated with a high temperature silicone lacquer. The PTC thermistors mounting is suitable for processing on automatic insertion equipment. Ideal for over-temperature/over-load protection.
