A well-balanced, easy-to-handle wire dispenser with a fine, long-life steel tip for high speed, accurate wiring, even in the most confined areas. The tip is machined and cuts the wire exactly to the required length. Spool tension can be varied by adjusting the retaining lugs. A full, threaded, ready-for-use spool of wire is supplied with the pencil.
