The is a slew rate Controlled Load Switch IC designed for 1.2 to 5.5V operation. The switch element is of n-channel device that provides low RON of 44mW typically over a wide range of input. It has low switch on-resistance starting at 1.5V input supply. It features a controlled soft on slew rate of typical 1.6ms that limits the inrush current for designs of heavy capacitive load and minimizes the resulting voltage droop at the power rails. This device features a low voltage control logic interface that can interface with low voltage control signals without extra level shifting circuit.
