The SMAJ9.0CA from is a SMAJ series bidirectional surface mount transient voltage suppressor in DO-214AC package. The SMAJ series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It features reliable low cost construction utilizing moulded plastic technique. This TVS device is ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits.
