The from STMicroelectronics is a discovery kit for ST25DV04K dynamic NFC/RFID tag. This demonstration kit evaluates features and capabilities of ST25DV04K. The kit is composed of two boards: MB1283 ST25DX_Discovery_Mboard which is a microprocessor mother board and includes complement of hardware and software tools allowing the use of STM32 Nucleo ecosystem and powered through one USB connector. The MB1284 ST25DV_Discovery_ANT_C1 daughter board which embeds ST25DV04K dynamic NFC / RFID tag device. This daughter board provides a buffering data transfer capability and has class 1 antenna. The dedicated software stored in flash memory is provided. The communication link between boards is an I2C serial and power is provided by processor card or via energy harvesting. Specific data lines complete pin connector assignment shared between cards. A variety of demonstrations can be performed with this kit and allows users to develop and to test their own applications.
