The Cortex-M4 core features FPU single precision which supports all ARM single precision data processing instructions and data types. It implements full set of DSP instructions and MPU which enhances application security. The device embeds 512Kbyte flash, 320Kbyte SRAM, flexible external memory controller for static memories, quad SPI flash memories interface, extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to 2 APB buses, 2 AHB buses and 32bit multi-AHB bus matrix. It features 2 16bit advanced control, 5 16bit/2 32bit general purpose, 2 16bit basic, 2 16bit low power, 1 SysTick and 2 watchdog timers. It also features 3 tamper pins, 136 GPIOs, 5 wakeup pins, 24 capacitive sensing channels, three 12bit ADC 24 ch, two 12bit DAC, internal voltage reference buffer, 2 comparator and 2 op-amp.
