The is a 32-bit high-performance static CMOS DSP Microcontroller with Harvard bus architecture. The device incorporates 128K x 16 internal flash, 18K x 16 internal SRAM, 4K x 16 boot ROM, 1K x 16 one-time programmable OTP ROM, 16-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 35 individually programmable multiplexed GPIO pins with input filtering. This device also features peripherals like enhanced controller area network eCAN, serial communications interface SCI, inter-integrated-circuit I2C bus and serial peripheral interface modules SPI.
