The is a 3.3V fixed output low-dropout LDO Linear Regulator provide the benefits of high input voltage, low-dropout LDO voltage and low-power operation. The device is stable with any capacitor greater than or equal to 0.47µF. A PMOS pass element functions as a low-value resistor. The low-dropout LDO voltage, typically 670mV at 80mA of load current, is directly proportional to the load current. The low quiescent current is nearly constant over the entire range of output load current.
