The is a single channel low dropout LDO low power linear regulator with fixed output in 6 pin WSON package. This regulator offers very high power supply rejection PSRR while maintaining very low 45µA ground current. It uses an advanced BiCMOS process and PMOSFET pass device to achieve fast start-up, very low noise, excellent transient response and excellent PSRR performance. The TPS71745 is stable with 1µF ceramic output capacitor. It uses a precision voltage reference and feedback loop to achieve worst case accuracy of 3% over all load, line, process and temperature variations. This device combines high performance required by many RF and precision analogue applications with ultra low current consumption. The combination of high performance and low ground current make the TPS71745 as an excellent choice for battery powered applications.
