The is a clear Non-diffused for applications where supreme luminous flux is required. It is designed in an industry standard 7.62mm square package utilizing highly developed AllnGaP on GaAs technology. The supreme heat dissipation of TELUX allows applications at high ambient temperatures. All packing units are binned for luminous flux, forward voltage and colour to achieve the most homogenous light appearance in application. SAE and ECE colour requirements for automobile application are available for colour red. It is suitable for dashboard illumination, replaces small incandescent lamp, traffic signals and signs.
