The is a high-performance easy-to-use AC/DC Current Probe designed for use with a variety of oscilloscopes. The TCP202A is designed for direct connection to oscilloscopes with the TekProbe™ probe interface. This AC/DC current probe provides sufficient performance to support 50MHz measurement system bandwidth. The TCP202A provides a maximum 15A DC + peak AC measurement range. This probe also provides excellent accuracy to current levels as low as 10mA, important for meeting today"s challenging current measurement needs.
