Mount your voltage dependent resistor on a printed circuit board using surface mount technology to produce the most effective results. In order to guarantee safe delivery and allow for quick mounting of this component after delivery, it will be enclosed in tape and reel packaging during shipment. This device is made with multilayer technology. This product is 1.6 mm long, 1 mm tall and 0.8 mm deep. Its capacitance value is 960pF. The maximum AC voltage rating is 4 VAC and the maximum DC voltage rating is 5.5 VDC. This varistor has a voltage of 9.3 V.
