The from Vishay is a VDM.10.0 series 10mm SMD seven segment LED display in a very compact package. This LED utilizes AlInGaP on GaAs chip technology. It is evenly lighted segments with grey package surface. It is suitable for DC, high peak current and used in panel meters, point-of-sale terminals and control units.
