The is a 1-channel 8-pin High Speed Optocoupler consists of a GaAlAs infrared emitting diode, optically coupled with an integrated photodetector. The detector incorporating an integral Faraday shield provides a high level of noise isolation, required by high power switching applications. It features high level of isolation distance and exhibiting an external creepage distance of >10mm. It is ideal for applications with working voltages exceeding 1000V. It is suitable for solar inverters, welding equipment, ground loop elimination and noise isolation of sensitive circuits.
