The is a 3.3V fixed output high precise low noise low-dropout LDO Linear Regulator manufactured using CMOS process. The device achieves very low supply current, 0.8µA typical and consists of a reference voltage source, an error amplifier, a current fold-back circuit and a phase compensation circuit plus a driver transistor. The device is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, which give added output stability. The current limiters fold-back circuit also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin. Furthermore, the CE function allows the output of the regulator to be turned off, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption.
