The is a 2m beige unbooted CAT-5e UTP Patch Cable with a RJ45 plug on each end. It is made to the same high standards as the booted variants, simply lacks a strain-relief boot. This cable makes easy to unplug, simple to re-terminate and a robust option for any user. This 24AWG standard cable was developed from the earlier Cat.5 system. Fully backward compatible it was designed to provide gigabit capability across a copper cabling infrastructure and remains the most widely used type of network cable.
