The is a DIN-338 type-N Twist Drill made of rolled high speed steel HSS with black, vacuum metalized surface. It is highly efficient standard drill suitable for all usual drilling work in all normal materials. It is suitable for applications of steel and cast-steel alloyed and unalloyed up to approximately 900N/mm² strength, grey cast, malleable cast iron, die-cast metal, iron sinter, nickel-silver, graphite cast iron, short-chipping aluminium alloys, bronze and brass.
