Using an optimized VIP Vertically integrated PNP process, the device delivers unequaled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs, the dropout voltage is typically 120mV at 50mA load and 7mV at 1mA load. Ground pin current - typically 375µA at 50mA load and 80µA at 1mA load.
