The is a PIC24HJ256GP610A 100 pin to 100 pin TQFP plug in module for Explorer 16 development board. This plug in module is small circuit board used with the Explorer 16 development board DM240001 to evaluate PIC24HJ256GP610A microcontroller. The PIC24HJ256GP610A is a 256KB flash 16KB RAM high performance 16bit microcontroller. It has seamless migration options to PIC24F, dsPIC30F and dsPIC33F devices. This plug in module plug into the main processor socket of the Explorer 16 development board DM240001 so that different microcontrollers can be used for prototyping, demonstration or development quickly and easily.
