The is a fixed output low dropout LDO positive voltage regulator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This device offers a very low ground current of 800µA at 100mA output. The SPX3819 has an initial tolerance of less than 1% maximum and logic compatible ON/OFF switched input. It features reverse battery protection, current limit and thermal shutdown. The SPX3819 includes reference bypass pin for optimal low noise output performance. It is an excellent choice for use in battery powered applications. The SPX3819 requires an output capacitor for device stability.
