MX123™ Sealed Connection System

Designed for transportation power-train applications requiring reliable connections in high-vibration under-the-hood environments, the MX123™ Sealed Connection System offers a rugged, fully-sealed interface with the smallest packaging size in the industry. Automotive powertrain OEM’s have needed a connection system specifically designed for engine and transmission control module applications. These modules are located in harsh, high-vibration environments under the hood or chassis of automobiles, so connector retention and durability are very important requirements. In order to seamlessly fit into the modules, packaging size is an important attribute for these applications as well.

The MX123™ Sealed Connection System is certified to GMW3191 specs, which means that the product has been tested, and has performed well in, very harsh, hot, high-vibration environments. The system utilizes matte-seal technology to create an extremely resilient sealed connector system with the smallest packaging size in the industry. Multiple polarization, wire-dress and PCB-tail options and integrated TPA and CPA components assist in keeping the interface mated and free up valuable time in the assembly process
