**423 DC Flasher and 4210 AC Flasher.** Solid state devices intended for use in electrical and electronic equipment for lamp, relay and solenoid circuits and in electronic systems as power pulsers or system clock-drivers. Output switch is ON for as long as it is OFF. Output is fixed at 50% duty cycle. Both the 423 and the 4210 flashers have internal transient protection to insure reliable operation. 4210 UL/cUL approved.
