Series 5003 is designed for Telecom-oriented DC-powered equipment that is subject to EMC compatibility restrictions. This unit fits the same panel cutout as the popular filtered AC inlets to allow design of equipment that must be offered either DC- or AC-powered. Metal flange provides optimal shield contact with the equipment enclosure, even conductive-treated plastic cases. Rear-only types offer preformed M3 threads to eliminate extra hardware.
