The from is a 6300T series 3mm T-1 single level surface mount right angled circuit board indicator. This indicator has yellow/green emitting colour and diffused lens type. The yellow indicator is made of GaAsP/GaP material and super bright green is made of GaP material, the 6300T series is suitable for automated environments.
