It features spring to lock energies to unlock, solenoid-operated bolt with integral spring return, bolt and armature supported in PTFE-lined bearings for arduous, long-life applications, robust cylindrical construction, threaded mounting nose with locknut, mounting and operation in any attitude, long stroke design with increasing force characteristic, stainless steel bolt with spherical end for slam-shut applications, tapped pushrod for possible attachment of manual override or limit switch actuator, simple installation and control, totally-enclosed coil with class-F insulation. This solenoid is used in fail-safe locking guards, drawers and covers. Suitable for access controls shutters, interlocks and machine tools applications.
