MEGA AZ210 双面紫外线照射装置
The is a Double Sided Vacuum UV Unit suitable for the production of double sided PCB. The ability to expose both sides of the board at once eliminates the immense problem of artwork registration for two separate exposures on a single sided unit. It features a steel box with a set of UV tubes in the base and lid. The tubes in the lid are behind a flex. When the lid is closed a vacuum chamber is made and the time is then set 0 to 999 seconds via the touch membrane control panel and the start button pressed. It is activate the integral vacuum pump which removes the air from the chamber ensuring perfect contact between artwork and material to be exposed. When it is completed the vacuum pump is turned off and a valve automatically releases the vacuum allowing the lid to be raised. The AZ210 also features a tube status indicator which shows all the tubes are operating correctly. The unit also allow the bottom set of tubes to be turned off for single sided exposure work.
