The is a Precision Series Sub-band Gap Voltage Reference features 0.35% initial accuracy and 25ppm/°C of temperature drift. The voltage reference only requires 80µA for typical operation. The ADR130 design includes a patented temperature drift curvature correction technique that minimizes the nonlinearities in the output voltage vs. temperature characteristics. For 0.5V output, tie SET pin 5 to VOUT pin 4. For 1.0V output, tie SET pin 5 to GND pin 2. This is ideal to use in battery-powered instrumentation and portable medical equipment as well as communication infrastructure equipment applications.
