The is a 1-channel, 200mA CMOS LDO regulator in 5 pin SSOP package. It is a high-performance CMOS LDO regulator with output current ability of up to 200mA. This device has excellent noise and load response characteristics despite of its low circuit current consumption of 33µA. It is most appropriate for various applications such as power supplies for radar modules and camera modules.
