is a Single Product licensed uC/CAN open small sensor slave for NXP LPC21xx MCU. The CANopen Sensor Slave is designed for CANopen protocol handling on minimal slave systems such as intelligent sensors, digital I/O modules, etc. It includes CAN protocol framework, which enables easy and clean implementation of CAN communication paths. uC/CAN reduces development efforts to embed CAN. Developers need only an understanding of signals, messages and bus configurations. Different abstraction layers can be used independently. uC/CAN can communicate via one or more CAN buses simultaneously. The bus management layer organizes CAN buses and distributes messages to device driver. The device driver layer buffers the CAN messages to be sent and received. All hardware dependencies are capsulated in this layer. Single Product license allows the licensee to embed one or more software component into an end product. Each end product can be produced in unlimited number.
