This load switch from Semiconductor protects your circuit against harmful sudden current spikes. This current limited load switch"s 2 outputs can produce a current up to 1.5 A. It only needs a voltage of at least 1.8 V while not exceeding 5.5 V to effectively power your circuit. Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. This current limited load switch has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.
