The is a quadruple 2-input Positive-AND Gate. This device perform the Boolean function Y = A • B or Y = A\ + B\\\ in positive logic. The device feature 1.5 to 5.5V operation, balanced noise immunity at 30% of the supply voltage and speed of bipolar F, AS and S with significantly reduced power consumption.
