The ASMT-Mx00 devices have efficient heat transfer properties from the package to the motherboard. Their low profile package is ideal for applications when the height is restricted. Suitable applications for the ASMT-Mx00 include; portable applications, reading light, architecture, garden lighting and decorative lighting.
