The is a 8P8C UTP Cat5e Adaptor with RJ45 to RJ45 connector. The true feed-through connector is perfect for developing custom I/O configurations for wall-plates, rack panels etc. It is fit within a standard XLR panel cut-out and use common cabling for front and back connections.
